Current Bill Summary

SB 710 - Under this act, a person commits the Class D felony of aggravated stalking if he or she purposely harasses another person and purposely accesses, or attempts to access, the address of a participant of the address confidentiality program, which protects the addresses of victims of domestic violence, rape, sexual assault, and stalking. Subsequent violations are chargeable as Class C felonies.
