SB 180 - Under current law, the Office of Administration must have a goal of awarding three percent of all job or service contracts to qualified service-disabled veteran businesses. This act provides that the Office of Administration shall grant four percent of all contracts to service-disabled veteran businesses. Subject to appropriations, the Office of Administration is to provided one hundred thousand dollars to veteran organizations in order to promote this program. This act is identical to HB 811 (2013).
