SCS/SB 255 - This act removes the Director of the Division of Workers' Compensation as a member of the Administrative Law Judge Review Committee. Committee shall annually elect a chairperson, a position currently held by the Directory, for a term of one year. Currently, an ALJ who has received 2 or more no confidence votes under performance audits may have their appointment immediately withdrawn. This act requires 3 or more votes under 2 successive performance audits. CHRIS HOGERTY
