SB 434 - This act bars tax credit recipients from making campaign contributions to the candidate committees of General Assembly members, statewide elected officials and the candidate committees of such candidates for such office for two years. Persons making such contributions shall be prohibited from receiving tax credits for two years. CHRIS HOGERTY
