SCS/SB 89 - This act allows nursing home districts to establish and maintain senior housing in any third or fourth classification county, rather than only in Ralls or Marion county. This act also provides for "the constitutionally required percentage" of the votes cast for a nursing home district local bond issue to pass rather than needing "two-thirds" of the votes cast.
