SB 189 - Under the terms of this act, if, after 10 days from the date of the judgment in a rent and possession case the judgment is not set aside or an application for a trial de novo has not been filed, the tenant shall willfully refuse to vacate and surrender the possession of the premises to the landlord or the landlord's agent, the tenant shall be guilty of a Class B misdemeanor.
