ANIMAL EXPORT INSPECTION FACILITIES (Section 261.100) - This act changes the word "that" to "this" in referring to funding for operating animal export inspection facilities.

This section is identical to HB 927 (2013).

MISSOURI LIVESTOCK DISEASE CONTROL AND ERADICATION LAW (Section 267.655) - This act modifies the penalty of the Missouri Livestock Disease Control and Eradication Law by adding a penalty of not more than $1,000 per incidence with provisions for the Cole County Circuit Court to enforce and collect the penalty.

This section is identical to a section contained in the truly agreed and finally passed SS/SCS/HB 542 (2013), HCS#2/HB 927 (2013), HCS/SCS/SB 9 (2013), and HCS/SB 342 (2013).

STEALING OF LIVESTOCK (Section 570.030) - This act increases the penalty for stealing livestock from a Class C felony to a Class B felony.

This section is identical to a section contained in HCS/HB 927 (2013), HCS/SCS/SB 9 (2013), and HCS/SB 342 (2013).
