SB 337 - Currently, no person is allowed to sell tobacco to minors. This act also bans the sale of tobacco-derived and vapor products to minors. This act extends penalties for selling tobacco products to minors to selling tobacco-derived and vapor products to minors.

This act is substantially similar to HB 751 (2013).
