SCR 7 - This resolution supports increased acquisition and delivery of North American oil resources for domestic refining. This resolution urges Congress to support increased delivery of oil from Canada to the U.S., urges the President to support the continued and increased importation of oil derived from Montana, North Dakota, South Dakota, and the Canadian oil sands, and asks the U.S. Secretary of State to approve the Keystone XL pipeline project.
