HB 316 - Under current law, a provision establishing the Division of Tourism Supplemental Revenue Fund and requiring the deposit into such fund of a portion of certain sales taxes derived from the retail sale of tourist-oriented goods and services is set to expire June 30, 2015. This act extends the expiration date to June 30, 2020. MEGHAN LUECKE SA 1: REPEALS A NUMBER OF COMMITTEES THAT HAVE DISSOLVED OR EXPIRED AS REQUIRED BY THEIR AUTHORIZING STATUTES.
