SB 361 - Currently, the Department of Natural Resources, by rule, requires that wastewater treatment facilities maintain a pH level within the range from 6.5 to 9 standard units. This act requires such facilities to maintain a pH level from 6 to 9 standard units. KAYLA CRIDER
