SB 343 - This act establishes that the enforcement and servicing of secured real estate loans shall be governed only by state and federal law. Local laws may not affect any rights, or obligations of or impose fees related to such loan agreement. This act is identical to HB 211 (2013). CHRIS HOGERTY
