SCS/SBs 176 & 192 - This act designates the new bridge on Interstate 70 crossing the Mississippi River between downtown St. Louis and southwestern Illinois shall as the "Stan Musial Memorial Bridge". The act requires the department of transportation to erect and maintain appropriate signs designating the Missouri portion of such bridge, with the costs for such designation to be paid for by private donation. The act is contingent upon the state of Illinois designating its portion of the bridge as the "Stan Musial Memorial Bridge". STEPHEN WITTE
