SB 300 - Home nursing visits and necessary follow-up care for certain at-risk newborns are added to the list of covered MO HealthNet services under this act. The MO HealthNet Division within the Department of Social Services shall request the appropriate waivers or state plan amendments from the federal government to provide the services.
