SB 294 - Currently, the Public Service Commission does not have the authority to intervene in certain legal proceedings allowable by federal administrative rules. This act would allow the Public Service Commission to intervene in certain legal proceedings where the commission has standing. This act is similar to SB 897 (2010). KAYLA CRIDER
