SB 274 - Beginning January 1, 2015, this act requires contractors to participate in wage surveys, with the exception of those relating to residential construction, in order to construct public works for a public body apart from the Missouri State Highways and Transportation Commission or sign an affidavit attesting to the fact that they did no construction work outside of residential construction.
