SCR 4 – This Senate Concurrent Resolution establishes the Joint Interim Committee on Funding for Elementary and Secondary Education to study the elementary and secondary education foundation formula. The committee would function during the legislative interim and consist of ten members. The committee must submit a report with its recommendations to the President Pro Tempore of the Senate and the Speaker of the House of Representatives by January 8, 2014. MICHAEL RUFF
