SB 123 - Currently, the cities of Edmundson and Woodson Terrace are prohibited from increasing certain local taxes on hotels and motels above a certain level. This act removes the specific prohibitions on Edmundson and Woodson Terrace. Additionally, this act provides that any hotel or motel that is subject to a tax levied under this act may pass on the cost of such tax to guests of such hotel or motel. MIKE HAMMANN
