SB 102 - Currently, scrap dealers must keep documentation of transactions involving certain metals. This act adds catalytic converters to the types of metal requiring documentation. Records for transactions involving catalytic converters must be kept regardless of the dollar value of the scrap. KAYLA CRIDER
