SJR 8 - Currently, the Missouri Constitution provides for the appointment of commissioners of the supreme court, positions which are no longer in existence, to serve on a reapportionment commission. This proposed constitutional amendment, if approved by the voters, removes this obsolete language and adds that judges from the court of appeals shall serve as a reapportionment commission.
