This act adds new and expanding manufactures of firearms and ammunition to the types of projects that may be eligible for incentives under the program. Withholding taxes for a new job may be retained by a company for three years if the wages exceed the county average wage or for five years if the wages exceed the county average wage by 120%. These provisions are identical to HCS/HB 79 (2013) and similar to HB 1801 (2012). (Section 620.1915)
