SCS/HB 460 - This act allows the Governor to convey the Nevada Rehabilitation Center in Vernon County, the Bancroft Avenue Group Home in St. Louis City, the Creve Coeur Avenue Group Home in St. Louis County, the Greenbough Drive Group Home in St. Louis County, and portions of the Western Reception and Diagnostic Correctional Center in Buchanan County, Pullan Road in St. Francois County, Missouri State Highway Patrol Troop H in Buchanan County, the Sikeston Career Center in Scott County, the Hannibal Career Center in Marion County, the Sedalia Career Center in Pettis County, and the St. Louis Central Career Center in St. Louis County.

This act also allows the Governor to convey certain state properties in the counties of Taney, St. Clair, Osage, Green, Ozark, and Andrew to the State Highways and Transportation Commission.

Provisions of this act are identical to SCS/SB 419 (2013).
