SB 190 - Effective January 1, 2015, this act requires contractors and subcontractors to participate in wage surveys, for prevailing wage purposes, in order to construct public works for the Missouri State Highways and Transportation Commission or sign an affidavit attesting to the fact that they did no work for the Commission. Similarly, the act requires contractors to participate in wage surveys, with the exception of those relating to residential construction, in order to construct public works for a public body apart from the Missouri State Highways and Transportation Commission or sign an affidavit attesting to the fact that they did no construction work outside of residential construction.CHRIS HOGERTY
