SCS/SB 715 - Currently the maximum age for service in the state militia is sixty-four. This act allows the adjutant general to waive the age limit on a case-by-case basis. Provisions relating to a procedure for members of the state military to file complaints regarding their commanding officer are repealed. This act is similar to HB 1105 (2012). HA# 1 - THIS AMENDMENT MODIFIES HOW MONEY FROM THE GAMING COMMISSION FUND IS ALLOCATED AND PROHIBITS THE CREATION OF A QUALITY RATING SYSTEM FOR EARLY CHILDHOOD EDUCATION UNLESS IT IS ENACTED INTO LAW. HA# 2 - HIGHER EDUCATION INSTITUTIONS WILL BE PROHIBITED FROM REQUIRING NATIONAL GUARD MEMBERS TO TAKE A TEST WITHIN 24 HOURS OF RETURNING FROM ACTIVE DUTY OR TRAINING. MIKE HAMMANN
