SB 617 - No later than sixty days after the effective date of this act, the Department of Social Services shall promulgate rules to specify the process to qualify for MO HealthNet services through the MO HealthNet spenddown program. The rules shall clearly define all eligibility standards, methodologies, calculations and procedures used to define such eligibility. This act has an emergency clause. ADRIANE CROUSE
