HCS/SB 578 - This act contains provisions relating to property owned by the state. DARRELL B ROEGNER MEMORIAL HIGHWAY (227.509) This act designates a portion of Highway 64/40 in St. Charles County the "Darrell B Roegner Memorial Highway". This provision is identical to SB 847 (2012) and HB 1737 (2012) and is contained in SCS/SBs 767, 653, 754, 705, 441, 528, 831, 833 & 847. SEDALIA EASEMENT (SECTION 1) This act authorizes the governor to convey an easement to the City of Sedalia to build a fire station on state property located in Pettis County. STATE HIGHWAYS AND TRANSPORTATION COMMISSION (SECTIONS 2-12) This act authorizes the Governor to transfer certain pieces of real estate located throughout the state of Missouri to the State Highways and Transportation Commission.
