SB 527 – This act provides that students who have completed their secondary education through a home school program of education will receive the same consideration for higher education financial aid as non-home school students. In addition, no rule or prerequisite for financial aid may result so as to disadvantage home school students. This act is similar to HB 1504 (2010). MICHAEL RUFF
