SB 467 - This act requires state agencies that accept federal grants to post information relating to the grant on its website including the amount, origin, and purpose of the grant; any amount being transferred to another agency; the purpose for such transfer; and how secondary recipient agencies used the funds and the impact of that use. All costs to administer the act shall be paid out of the original grant. CHRIS HOGERTY
