SB 552 - Currently there is a statute of limitations time period of two years for medical malpractice actions against health care providers. This act adds veterinarians and entities providing veterinarian services to the list of health care providers. For time periods dependent on knowledge of the negligence, the animal owner's knowledge is used. This act is identical to HB 1945 (2010). MIKE HAMMANN
