SB 545 - This act requires all state elected officials, state executive branch managerial staff, and all officers and leadership staff of the house and senate to submit to drug tests before taking office and every two years thereafter. General Assembly members arrested two times during the members' term shall vacate their office. This act is identical to HB 1754 (2010), and SB 127 (2011). CHRIS HOGERTY
