SB 669 - This act would remove members of the General Assembly, statewide elected officials, and judges that take office after January 1, 2013, from the current annuity based retirement plans. These individuals shall only be eligible to use the deferred compensation plans provided by the Missouri State Employees' Retirement System. Subject to appropriation, the individual's yearly contribution shall be matched by the state, up to five percent of the individual's annual salary. MIKE HAMMANN
