SB 614 - This act requires courts to award litigation costs and attorney's fees to a party filing and prevailing on a motion to dismiss a suit for having no basis in law or fact. If the motion is denied, the party opposing the motion shall be awarded its litigation costs and attorney fees associated with defending against the motion. MIKE HAMMANN
