SB 773 - Currently, the filing period for the August 7, 2012, state primary election is from February 28, 2012, to March 27, 2012. Under this act the filing period for that election shall be from March 27, 2012 to April 24, 2012. The act contains an emergency clause. CHRIS HOGERTY
