SB 760 - Current law gives the Conservation Commission the authority to suspend or revoke hunting permits and privileges for up to 5 years for anyone who accidentally injures another person while hunting. This act gives authority to the Commission to increase the time period to up to 10 years if the accident results in another's death. This act is similar to SB 372 (2009). ERIKA JAQUES
