SB 551 - Currently, feed for livestock or poultry and seed, limestone, and fertilizer used for crops to be fed to livestock or poultry are exempted from state and local sales tax. This act adds feed for captive wildlife and seed, limestone, and fertilizer used for crops to be fed to captive wildlife to this exemption. This act is identical to HB 1321 (2012) and similar to a portion of SB 241 (2011). EMILY KALMER
