SB 532 - This act modifies the sunset of the tax credit for donations to food pantries, so that the program that expired August 28, 2011, expires August 28, 2022. This act is similar to a provision contained in SCS/HCS/HBs 1278 & 1152 (2012), SS/SCS/HCS/HB 1865 (2012), SCS/SB 548 (2012), and HB 1154 (2012). EMILY KALMER
