SB 573 - This act authorizes circuit courts that reimburse the state for salaries of family court commissioners to charge up to a twenty dollar surcharge when a party files a civil court case. This act is similar to HB 1391 (2012) and HB 1667 (2012). This act is similar to a provision contained in HCS/HB 1256 (2012), HCS/SB 628 (2012) and HCS/SB 636 (2012). MIKE HAMMANN
