SB 744 - This act removes a provision in current law that prohibited the Office of Administration from contracting with a private firm to provide armed security guards at the State Capitol. The act provides that the Office of Administration shall establish and maintain a system of video camera surveillance for all public spaces within the State Capitol building. Such system shall be available to the Missouri Capitol police officers. JIM ERTLE
