SB 741 - Under current law, law enforcement agencies involved in the federal forfeiture system must procure an independent audit of the federal seizures at the end of each fiscal year. Under this act, the audit only has to be procured if the proceeds from the federal seizures exceed $500,000. MEGHAN LUECKE
