SB 740 - This act extends the aviation jet fuel sales and use tax exemption provided to common carriers in the interstate transportation of passengers and cargo from December 31, 2013 to December 31, 2023. The act also allows moneys in the aviation trust fund to be used for updating or establishing airport business plans and strategic plans at existing airports. STEPHEN WITTE
