SB 736 - Currently, certain counties are required to spend at least twenty-five percent of the money coming to the county from the special road and bridge tax levied within a city or town on repairing and improving existing roads, streets, and bridges within the city or town where the money came from. This act exempts St. Francois County from this requirement. This act is identical to HB 1701 (2012) and a provision of HCS/HB 1397 (2012) and HCS/SB 692 (2012). EMILY KALMER
