HJR 85 - This constitutional amendment, if approved by voters, would require the state Lottery Commission to develop and begin selling electronic pull-tab cards by July 1, 2013. The net proceeds received from the sale of such pull-tab cards, after payment of prizes and administrative expenses, will be deposited solely in the Veterans' Commission Capital Improvements Trust Fund and would not be subject to appropriations by the General Assembly.
