HCS/HB 1364 - No law or ordinance may prohibit rodeos in the state except that this provision is not meant to supercede local zoning ordinances or limit reasonable restrictions placed on time, place, or manner for rodeos. Rodeo promoters may set fees and rules for the rodeo events.

The act is similar to HCS/SCS/SB 631 (2012).
