HCR 7 - This concurrent resolution reaffirms Missouri's sovereignty under the Tenth Amendment to the United States Constitution and demands the federal government to stop all activities beyond the scope its constitutionally-delegated powers. This concurrent resolution is identical to HCR 12 (2011), SCR 34 (2010), HCR 29 (2010) and HCR 13 (2009).
