SB 186 - This act makes it optional for the circuit court in Cape Girardeau county to hold court and maintain an office of the probate division in both the courthouses in Jackson and in Cape Girardeau. This act also makes it optional for the circuit clerk to maintain offices in both the courthouses in Jackson and in Cape Girardeau.
