SB 429 - This act requires, by December 31, 2012, the Department of Health and Senior Services to issue recommendations on adequate nurse staffing levels in health care facilities licensed under chapters 197 and 198. Such recommendations shall be issued through the promulgation of rules. ADRIANE CROUSE
