HCS/HJR 5 - Under this proposed constitutional amendment, if approved by the voters, the citizens of Missouri have the right to hunt, fish, trap, and harvest wildlife. Laws and regulations in this area shall have the purpose of conserving and managing wildlife and preserving the future of hunting and fishing by traditionally approved devices and methods. Hunting and fishing are preferred methods of wildlife population control.

This resolution is similar to SJR 11 (2011).
