SCS/HCS/HBs 187 & 54 - This act removes the first Tuesday after the first Monday in February and June as dates available for public elections.

This act repeals a provision requiring party emblems to be printed on the ballot above the party caption.

This act is similar to HB 2315 (2010), SB 282 (2011), SCS/HB 503 (2011), and SB 270 (2011).
