HJR 6 - This constitutional amendment, if approved by the voters, would ensure the right of individuals to vote by secret ballot when local, state, or federal law requires public elections for public office or on initiatives or referenda, or where local, state or federal law requires designations or authorizations of employee representation.

This resolution is similar to HJR 37 (2009), HJR 51 (2010), and SJR 40 (2010).
