SB 697 - This act allows St. Louis City to charge a semiannual registration fee of not more than $600 to owners of certain vacant property. Currently, the registration fee cannot exceed $200. This act is similar to SB 131 (2009) and identical to HB 2069 (2010). SUSAN HENDERSON MOORE
